Automatic granite line polishing machine

Automatic granite line polishing machine is used for granite slab leveling, grinding and polishing. It is mainly composed of polishing head shaft system, horizontal beam movement system and workbench, etc. All polishing heads come with automatic pressure control unit, and φ470mm polishing head is installed on one end of the shaft. Main motor power is 11Kw. In addition, the shaft spring works to facilitate elastic movement of polishing head and reduce vibration and noises. The granite line polisher uses durable balanced structure. It is mainly built of structural sheet plate and profile steel. The polishing head comprises diamond leveling head and grinding wheel. The motors for conveyor belt and horizontal beam are with variable frequency speed control system. The line polisher is fully automatic with PLC data collection, processing and control. The machine has user-friendly designs- touchscreen and keyboard.
